REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Reticent Skin, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at reticentskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at reticentskin@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
